18Plus Support Limited aims to be the premier provider for domiciliary care services in Essex and the south east. We envision growth within the sector extending to supported living provisions and other areas of health and social care service delivery. We aim to utilise the experience base within the directorship around physiotherapy to create a service that is personalised and specialised, with a particular focus on those with physical disabilities and mobility challenges, that supports reablement and sustenance of service users at optimum functionality for as long as possible.
